Join BON BOCK Culinary and Contemporary Arts Platform's culinary artist in residency, California chef and poet Chelsea Turowsky of OMIOMI, for a four course plant based conceptual meal, hosted by Broken Dimanche Press. Delicately flavour forward, DREAM FOOD plays with and examines the correlation between dream, emotion and memory. Each dish is a direct translation of the chef's intimate story, symbolized through lush, careful ingredients and presentation. The meal is gluten and dairy free, with minor sea elements. Ticket includes 1 speciality cocktail; additional drinks will be available for purchase.
